Please check the calendar below for the time and date that assignments are due. Please make sure that your assignments are turned in on time. The "8 am Rule" is an automatic extension that is given to all students that may have technical difficulties, such as a poor internet connection or a printer that is out of ink. A student with technical difficulties may turn in an assignment by 8 am the next school day with no penalties. Assignments will not be accepted for credit after 8 am the next school day.
Assignments that are due in class on Friday must be turned in by 8 am on Monday. (Unless Monday is a school holiday, then the assignment is due the next regular school day.)
Exceptions: Assignments that are performance based, such as speeches and presentations, or exams, do not have extensions. On rare occasions, such as the end of the marking period, an assignment may not have an extension; that assignment will be marked "No 8 am Rule" in the calendar.
