1.0 Diagramming Subjects & Verbs

Directions: Diagram the following sentences. Put the subject on the left side of the vertical line and the verb on the right side of the vertical line. Remember that helping verbs are part of the verb.

Directions: Diagram the following questions. Remember that you should first turn the question into a statement. Then, you can put the subject on the left side of the vertical line and the verb on the right side of the vertical line.
